About the role:
An opportunity has become available within the Business Intelligence team within JCB Service for a Dealer Inventory System Specialist. In this exciting role you will be supporting the roll out and success of the Syncron Retail Stock programme. You will be part of a team, working closely with the JCB Parts Sales teams, our Global Dealer network, and our Inventory Partner Syncron to proactively drive retail growth.
In this role, you will be responsible for supporting and growing the dealer inventory management programme. Working with the dealers on a daily basis to drive incremental sales growth while creating clear KPIs and supporting with training where required
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong background in inventory management systems, aftermarket, business to business transactions and a strong commercial awareness. You must be confident working with people at all levels and above all else, always having the customer in mind.
What does this role involve day to day?
· Global initiative roll-out support
· KPI tracking and improvement to drive growth for both JCB and our Global Dealer Network
· Understanding and creating actionable insight into dealer behaviours
· Dealer Training
· Managing the guaranteed Buy-Back return process
This will be suited to you if
· You have experienced in a Sales Focused environment
· You have strong interpersonal skills; written, verbal and listening
· You have ability to effectively manage and maintain peer and business relationships with a high degree of integrity and trust
· You have analytical approach
· You are comfortable with big data sets
· You have the ability to work well both individually and in a team will be key
