About the role:

As Application Engineer you will be responsible for supporting our Product, Engineering and Sales Teams by providing technical expertise and application knowledge. You will work closely with Dealers and Customers to understand their needs and recommend the most suitable machine and configuration. Your insights will directly influence product improvement and development to shape current and future lineup. Also, will lead our Dealer Network specialist development programme.

What does this role involve day to day?

·         Provide technical support and guidance to Dealers and Customers on product applications and solutions.

·         Collaborate with sales and engineering teams to develop tailored solutions for client needs.

·         Conduct product demonstrations, training sessions, and technical presentations.

·         Lead the Dealer Specialist Programme to ensure dealers are in right shape to offer the right products.

·         Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues to ensure customer satisfaction.

·         Stay up to date with industry trends and advancements to drive innovation.

This will be suited to you if

·         Completed degree in mechanical, electrical or agricultural engineering

·         Machine operation experience at the level required for demonstration and training

·         Knowledge of product fundamentals to provide training

·         Fluent in Spanish and English

·         Availability to live in México
