Location: JCB World Parts Centre Apprenticeship: Level 4 Business Analyst Contract: Full-time apprenticeship (earn while you learn)

About the Role:

LiveLink is JCB’s advanced telematics and machine intelligence platform, supporting customers globally with data-led insights to improve productivity, uptime, and asset management.

This apprenticeship offers a unique opportunity to develop business analysis skills in a live digital and operational environment, supporting global aftersales, parts logistics, and data-driven decision-making. The apprentice will work closely with stakeholders across IT, Aftersales, Parts Operations, Engineering, and Commercial teams.

Alongside day-to-day responsibilities, the apprentice will complete a nationally recognised Level 4 Business Analyst qualification, gaining practical experience while building professional capability.

What You’ll Be Doing

As part of the LiveLink Telematics team, you will be involved in a wide range of activities, including:

· Gather, analyse, and document business requirements for LiveLink systems and processes

· Produce process maps, user stories, functional specifications, and acceptance criteria

· Support data analysis, reporting, dashboards, and KPI development

· Work with stakeholders to understand needs and translate them into clear requirements

· Assist with workshops, meetings, and stakeholder reviews

· Support project delivery activities, including testing and UAT

· Identify opportunities for process improvement and operational efficiency

· Contribute to change management activities such as communications and user guidance

You will be supported throughout your apprenticeship with structured training, mentoring, and on-the-job learning.

What We’re Looking For

We’re looking for someone who is motivated to learn and develop within a technical and fast-paced digital environment. You don’t need professional analytic experience—just a genuine interest in technology and the willingness to learn.

Essential Skills and Qualities

· Strong interest in business analysis, data, digital systems, or process improvement

· Ability to analyse information and solve problems logically

· Good written and verbal communication skills

Qualifications

· GCSEs at grade 4 or above in Maths and English are essential

· A-levels, T-levels, BTEC, or equivalent qualifications

Training and Development

· Completion of a Level 4 Business Analyst Apprenticeship alongside your role

· Hands-on experience within a global, data-driven organisation

· Exposure to industry-leading telematics technology (LiveLink)

· Structured off-the-job training with an approved apprenticeship training provider

· Opportunity to build a professional portfolio of work across real business systems
