Role Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Administrator to support our operations team with essential administrative tasks. This role involves accurate data entry, basic SAP usage, and general office support. The successful candidate will play a key role in maintaining smooth day-to-day processes and ensuring data integrity across systems.
Key Responsibilities:
· Perform accurate and timely data entry into internal systems and SAP
· Maintain and update records, spreadsheets, and documentation
· Support with generating reports and basic data analysis
· Assist with filing, scanning, and general administrative duties
· Liaise with internal departments to ensure data consistency
· Provide occasional support for late shift operations when required
· Follow company procedures and maintain confidentiality of information
Requirements:
· Previous experience in an administrative or data entry role
· Basic working knowledge of SAP (training can be provided)
· Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)
· Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team
· Flexible approach to working hours when late shift support is needed
Desirable:
· Experience in a logistics or transport environment
· Familiarity with document control or operational systems
